Mindfulness for Migraine

Join us for an 8-week virtual program designed to improve your knowledge and skills in managing your migraine. The content will blend current medical knowledge of migraine with mindfulness-based management strategies.

 

This program is for anyone seeking to reduce the burden of migraine through holistic and evidence informed approaches. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, our program offers valuable insights and techniques to enhance your well-being.

What this Program Includes:

  • Expert Education: Learn from experts sharing evidence-based insights into migraine management.

  • Mindfulness Training: Reduce stress and anxiety and recognize early physical symptoms of migraine attacks.

  • Guided Meditations: Participate in guided meditations tailored to help ease migraine pain and stress, fostering a sense of self-efficacy.

  • Practical Strategies: Acquire strategies specifically designed to manage migraine symptoms, reduce the impact of migraine on your life, and improve your resilience.

  • Group Discussions: Benefit from the power of community through group discussions, sharing experiences, and support with fellow participants navigating similar challenges.

  • Virtual Format via Zoom Platform

  • 8 weeks (once per week for 1.5 hours)

  • Starting Tues May 7th to Tue June 25th

  • Cost: Spring Promotional Rate $425 +HST (reg $600)
