GET TO KNOW US
Christie Tait, NP-PHC
Nurse Practitioner
Founder and Director, Structure Clinic
Christie Tait is a Toronto-based Nurse Practitioner and the Founder and Director of Structure Health, a clinic focused on personalized medical care for migraine. She works closely with patients to diagnose and manage migraine using evidence-based treatments, with a focus on practical strategies that fit into real life.

Christie is an international educator, supporting healthcare providers across Canada in improving migraine care and has worked on educational programs with the Canadian and American Headache Societies. She is co-author of the 2026 Migraine Clinical Handbook, distributed to 6500 healthcare providers (and counting), and serves on the Scientific Committee for Migraine Canada, where she hosts the Migraine Minute series.

A central focus of her work is addressing the persistent delays in migraine diagnosis and access to effective treatment. Too many people live for years without a clear diagnosis or a structured care plan, leading to avoidable disability and a significant impact on quality of life. Christie is particularly focused on supporting women navigating worsening migraine during perimenopause and menopause, an area that remains widely overlooked in clinical care.

Christie brings her high level of education and therapeutic treatment skills to clients seeking personalized and comprehensive care for their headaches disorders. In addition to natural and behavioural strategies to manage migraine, Christie is an expert in the administration of Botox to treat chronic migraine, the utilization of CGRP monoclonal antibodies (Ajovy, Vypeti, Aimovig, and Emgality) and gepants (Ubrelvy, Qulipta, and Nurtec) as migraine specific treatments.
